i can't wait till it finally turns cool. got to weeks till my 9 day quata permit comes in to bow hunt, and it's still gonna be 90 even makes coonhuntin miserable, i sure do hope it starts coolin off soon!!!!!

it don't get that cold but if it will get cold enough for the alligators and snakes to quit crawling and the skeeters to quit busin' ya'll can call me lucky all you want, i'll be happy!!!!!! there's nothing worst than trying to listen to a dog trail and all you can hear is skeeters busin' around your head, or havin no see ums' eat the flesh off your bones. nothing better than cold weather, hell i wish it would get cold enough to snow. i've only seen snow on the ground one time my whole life, and that was in south carolina, would have loved to turn my black dogs out in it to see if they could tree a coon in it!!!!

9-12-07 Woke up this morning frost on everything ice on the cats water dish. Temps. were in the 20's. I love this time of year, not many mosquitos, problem is it's to short of time between first frost and snow in MN. If you have never hunted coon on snow shoes you have missed the time of your life. LOL!

it was in the low 50's last night... wanted to go huntin but i have a cold from huntin in the rain haha.
