"Permanent Nomination Deadlines and Fee Schedule
If a permanent nomination is postmarked before the dog is six months of age the nomination fee is $25.00.
If a permanent nomination is postmarked after the dog is six months of age, but before twelve months of age, the nomination fee is $50.00.
If a permanent nomination is postmarked after the dog is twelve months of age, but before eighteen months of age, the nomination fee is $100.00.
If a permanent nomination is postmarked after the dog is eighteen months of age, but before twenty-four months of age, the nomination fee is $200.00. "

is this part for litters or individual dogs? Males or females?

As a breeder you have to pay $25 up front to make the litter eligible. Then as an owner you have to pay the amount according to age.

Yes, if it is eligible. Did the breeder pay the $25 to nominate the litter? If so, then you pay $25.

I would check with UKC, but I don't think that there is anything that you can do unless you get the breeder to pay the $25. Call UKC and they can tell you
