50 dogs hunted
When I left there was 2 cast left (out of 13). I think 675+ was highest at the time and 175+ and 75+ were on the bubble.
The cast I guided had 525+ and was won by Brad Hansen out of Iowa with a bluetick named Tuff owned by Ron Behnne, I think 1 cast didn't come with any score or they minused out. The Appels and Jon Ahrens had the bubble casts. "Ace" handler Todd Ackerman had won his cast with Sage with 275+ I think. I sure hate this rain!!!!
Thanks to all who came hunted, guided and helped in any way.

Thanks Jay for putting Brad and Tuff in good hunting for him to get qualified, even if the weather conditions wasn't that good. I was keeping track of the area on the radar and knew some of the casts were getting very wet!! Sure glad I didn't have to be there, although the way I sweat last week, it might as well have been raining!!! Congrats to all that got in. We'll see you all in Sept. in Elizabeth with BO, BEULAH and TUFF. Later,Ron.
Way to go Ipod & Joe

Got a run down of all that placed in the hunt by chance ?
Not a clue except Todd got 7th. with 275+. I do know of others who had cast wins but don't know the placings for the others. I left at 3am, wet and very tired and had company coming over the next day. Couldn't talk myself into sticking around another hour!
