Duplicate Application For A Single Dog

As far as I can figure, the fee for a duplicate application for a single dog (I can't find the original) is $20, even though I don't need another pedigree or Easy Entry card?

My reason for obtaining a duplicate is because this dog is changing ownership, and I assume the new owners will then be getting a pedigree and Easy Entry card, so it seems a waste to do up the whole set twice.

Please advise. Thanks!

If permanent papers have never been issued, the breeder can request a duplicate temporary registration certificate for $10. If permanet papers have been issued, the current owner, when requesting duplicate papers, will always get a minimum of a new registration certificate, 3-generation pedigree and new easy entry card.
