Autumn Oaks Question

How does Autumn Oaks work? It is a 2 night hunt and you cannot hunt the same dog both nights, is this right or not. The form that is on the internet says dog name and then it says what night. What do I do if i'm wanting to hunt both of my dogs? Do I fill out a form for each dog or what? Say I pay for both dogs and for some reason I have to withdraw one of them, do I get my money back or just lose it?
