Columbus Children's Hospital Event!! Donations needed!!! ]
I'd like to take the time to post this info, seeing as this event is very near and dear to me.

Each year the Ohio State Sportsmen & Sporting Dog Assoc. holds a Benefit for Columbus Children's Hospital. ALL the proceeds from this event go directly to the hospital. In turn the hospital uses that money to help defray the cost of medical attention for children of families that have financial difficulties. They also use those funds to research childhood deceases and for training of hospital personel at other facilities.

In the last 3 years that I have been involved the Coonhound/Beaglers have sent these kids $18,888. With last year being the highest at $7,525.
We're hoping this year can be bigger and better!!


Medina Co. Coon Hunter's Club is located 5 miles north of Lodi on Rt. 42. 2 miles west on Coon Club Rd.

Bench Show Deadline -2:00p.m. $15.00
Treeing Contest Deadline 3:30 $5.00
Auction 4:00p.m.
Nite Hunt Deadline 8:00p.m. $20.00
There will be a King and Queen of Show, King and Queen of Hunt segment. To be eligible for King and Queen, you must be a OSSDA member. BTW, the cost of a OSSDA membership is $10.

We also have.....
Bluetick Bingo...with a payback of $100.00
Cash Raffle...10 place raffle of $50 - $400 winners
Regal Dog Box -or- $300 raffle
((Tickets for the raffles can be bought from member clubs, tickets for all of the above can also be bought at the event.))
We'll have Grama Jackie and her bake sale again this year, come get your goodies!!
Highway 57 Bluegrass Band will be there to play for us also!!
Please remember, we are asking everyone that has the ability to do so, to call one of us with your donation for the auction or if this is better for you, a monetary donation for the hospital and /or for advertising. Your personal name, company name, club name or kennel name will be published in the magazine and newspaper ad.
All you guys and gals out there with your best hounds, come on out and join us, have a good time, and show the kids of Ohio how much we care!!
