Ky Squirrel Hunters

Just wanting to know how all the fellow KY squirrel hunters harvest numbers have been this kill season. Here on my farm in Pendleton county theres not been many nuts on the trees and seem squirrel numbers been low, but few other farms I've hunted seem good. We've been hunting just about ever other day since the middle of Nov. Please any other state's squirrel hunters jump right on in there to, glad to here from all the squirrel hunters out there. Thanks,

I hunt in Western Ky, mainly in LBL. I am having the best season I have ever had. Slowed down a little lately but to date I have seen 251 squirrels hit the ground.

Squirrel numbers

I have had to date my best seson since 2002. I have been hunting mainly young dogs on weekends and have killed around 75. This is off what it used to be, but I hunted more back then also.
