Photos of you and your dog

My wife has started a photography business. Because she goes with me to the big hunts on the weekends, she misses some of her regular studio schedules. I have suggested to her that she could set up and do photos of people with their dogs while I am busy doing my thing. We were just wondering what anybody thought of this so that we can decide if it would be worth fooling with. Send me your feedback so I can pass it on to my wife.

Thanks,
Neal

TOO BAD you're not up in Ohio. I'm looking for a photographer myself. Jackie said she'd help me out, we just have to have a good back ground.

Sounds like a good plan. Take and try it for a couple of shows and hunts and see what happens. Good luck with it.

When I was young my dad snuck the best dog I ever owned out of the kennel to a professional photographer for X-mas for me one year. I'm sitting here looking at that ole pic. now as I type. The dog and my dad have now been gone for years. Probably the best gift anyone ever give me! If I was at a hunt and there was a professional there taking good pics, you darn right I'd have my dogs taken. I can't stress enough to the young guys that even more than loving to hunt it's more about the memories that you will always have. You need to do all you can now to preserve them for later!
