ukc registration

i bought a jack russell terrior back in feb. the people i bought it off of said she was registered thru ukc. but i never recieved any papers on her. is this normal? or what should i do about it?

Have you contacted them? If they sold you the dog on the basis that it was UKC registered, they must provide you with the papers. Consider it like a deed to a home or a title to a car. The paper must pass from one owner to the other.

sara thank you for replying to my question...i have another one for you...i saw you were from the ukc office in kalamazoo mi. that is were the parents of my jack russell is registered...does sonnet kennels sound familiar..that is were i purchased my puppy...i have tried to contact them with no avail...can you help?

We don't register dogs by kennel name but rather owner's name. Do you know who the owner was? If so, give me that person's name and the birth date of your dog and I will see if the litter was registered.

the name of the breeder is judy draime, from massillon ohio the puppys birthday is 12/8/02... i appreciate it thank you

I show no breeders with the name of Judy Draime. Sorry, the rergistry must not be us.

the copy of the parents pedigree that i did recieve with the puppy has the kalamazoo mi address on it. this is weird...what are my options.

sara...do you have a fax no. i could fax you a copy of this pedigree paper on the parents and hopefully you can help me figure out this mess, it has me boiling, i wanted to show my dog...
