Hey Del, I just got word from the man on the moon and he said he's had his a couple days now. : )

Looks like we got a replacement mailed out to you this past Tuesday, the 16th. Let us know if you have problems with that one too, and maybe we can look into ongoing problems. You can e-mail our Subscriptions Assistant, Natalie Boyd, at nboyd@ukcdogs.com with any further problems. Hope this helps. Thanks.
