Need help!

She's two years old shes treed around 3-7 coon by herself but that's only once in awhile. Is there anyway I can make her improve more? I've hunted her with other dogs and when those dogs tree a coon a tie her back and shoot the coon out and don't let her have any part of the coon, hoping that would make her jealous but that never worked. She's very independent. If anyone has any info or advice let me know! Thanks!
