Puppy papers

Russell,
We sent in the forms for registering our litter on Nov 3rd. We got a letter back saying we needed to pay $4 more. We sent that in Nov 26th. We have both canceled checks and have not received anything yet. We emailed and called and no response yet. The call process is very painful with extreme wait on hold. I know the whole covid things have screwed things up but people are getting impatient for their papers. Hope you can help
