Single Register?

W157,507
W291,661
Can the pups from these two dogs be single registered? The owner of the dam sent the paper in but never received any back for the litter registration.

Yes, they can be single registered as long as they are at least a year of age. If they are under a year of age you can apply for single registration but we would need a signed statement from the registered owner of the Dam at the time of the breeding stating they have no intention of registering the litter and they give us permission to go ahead with the single registration. This is in addition to the Coonhound Single Registration application that will need to be completed for each dog you want to register as well as 3 color photographs of each dog. (1 from each side & 1 from the front, all with the dog in a standing position).

Can you give me an example of a statement? I talked with the owner of the dam and he's not gonna litter register them since they are already 7 months old and some of the new owners don't want papers. And think you. I just wanted to make sure the litter registration hadn't went through and he just hadn't received it.

Just a written, signed statement telling us his name, the fact that he was the registered owner of the Dam at the time of the breeding and that he has no intention of registering the litter and he gives UKC permission to go ahead with the single registration. (Then he signs & dates the statement).
