Just wondering why?

On the classified board when a dog is for sale and the seller goes into a rant about " tire kickers" and "picture collectors" but don't include a location or a price. Most people that I know of know what they can afford to pay for a dog and they know how far they are willing to travel. So why the rant!

Exactly! Most of the time it's someone trying to get your $ out of your pocket, then they post pm me for details I'm not on here much and when you do they respond 27 days later, you gotta read between the lines.......
