-- Recommendations? (

I am looking for recommendations on a smoker. would love to have a separate smokebox that feeds into the main grills so I can top up after 2 hours or so without disturbing the food.

Most people have a WSM (Weber Smokey mountain) or drum/UDS (upright drum smoker), many people have offsets (do your homework if you go this route), and probly a third of the guys on here have electric cabinets, pellet smokers, or propane. For your first get a WSM or drum. If you get a drum don't get a Pit Barrel cooker. I don't understand how those have gotten as popular as they are. Bullet and drum smokers like the WSM or big poppa DIY kit are cheap and still make a fantastic product which is why they're good entry level units - you won't outgrow them quickly. A good quality offset tends to be a second or third purchase as they're much more expensive but make up for it in volume output and temp consistency (thicker steel) among other things. I don't know why anyone uses pellet, electric, or propane for anything other than convenience.

I also agree in Kamado Joe! I tried to grill with it and it was pretty wonderful and the cooking experience would be really great! concrete services

The Weber Smokey line is the top pick for Max Hardy, owner and head chef of Coop Detroit because it meets all of the needs for both the professional and amateur smoker. The 14-inch version is the smallest of the three, making it ideal for delicious barbecue even when youíre away from your backyard. This portable charcoal smoker comes with a cover, plated steel cooking grates, rust-resistant metal legs and a built-in lid thermometer. Brightest Mountain Bike Light
