When a Hound earns a title and his papers are eligible to be updated for 15.00 within 30 days. He has 3 Generation papers and I want to update to 4 Generation. What is the cost?

The cost to update a 3 generation pedigree is $12.00. The cost to update a 4 generation pedigree is $15.00.
