T15

I have a T 15 collar that will not pick up signal. Turns on and off. Pairs up with hand held and up dated both hand held and collar. Have 2 and other one works good. Any ideas.

Turn it on and see how the light is flashing. If you need to compare it to one that works. The non working probably is giving a single flash. Many places repair them for around $100. Or you can call Garmin and they will replace it with a refurbished one for under $200 Garmins number is 1-800-800-1020
