Who's the best trainers out there today and what makes them the best. Where are they? What sets them apart from anyone else?

There's a good pup to finish dog trainer in my area.
What sets him apart from others? He starts working with them young. Right away he can see talent or he doesn't waste his time. Very important. Next he puts time into the ones that have talent. Lots of time. Never seen him own more than 2 dogs at any given time. Most time just 1 dog. Lastly he isn't just hunting, he is training.
