Is anyone else having issue with photo bucket latley since they made changes on thier end?

haven't used them for quite a while.. since they started sending me notices that they would charge for second party hosting and that I was over my quota.. on the bluelines proboard there is a method to post pictures without them.. it is a link to use to access your files to post pictures.. granted the pictures when posted are not full size but when you click on the picture it will enlarge..
I used postimg.org for a while and now they do not seem to appear at all???
