Does anyone know the pedigree for Snake? He was owned by Mr Kimberly Clark of Virginia.

dont know the pedigree BUT know the man, I bought Rambler off of him when he was a pup, Mr. Clark use to hunt redbones until he switched over to Blueticks, he is about a hour and a half from me...I may have a phone number laying around somewhere I will look tonight

I came all of the way down to Hartselle a couple of months ago and you wouldn't even come over to hunt with us. Will I have to bring the coke/pesi and cheeseburger over to your house? Come up to Southern Redbone Days to the Cracker Barrel and I will buy your breakfast. But don't tell anyone. I have found an awful lot of "Brandys". There was a Sassafras Brandy, a Hank's Brandy and a Kentucky Brandy. I wonder if they were all the same dog?
Mark, I don't think Danny knows Snake's pedigree but we now have Rob Farr to help us out.

Sorry if I hurt your feelings but you know I went to Grandkid ball game and it was raining and turning cold before the game was over. You had planned to stay two nights but went home after the first night and you was invited to come by but didn't and after I found out you went home I did call you.

I don't know what the Rodger & Roger team's plans are I'm not a part of that team. I'm just an old has been that was a want to be coon hunter anyway that no one wants to talk to.

Thanks Mr Dancer, I guess that I owe you a coke now. I am going to be broke before I even get a female bred. It appears that a line bred Rusty/T-Top X Zack female might cross pretty good with some of that Snake semen. Especially if she had a lot of Chief blood thrown in and was a real get treed quick kinda dog. Or does anyone know of an extra nice male out of Snake?

Snake

I had a young dog out of Snake he was turning it on big mouth he had all the goods. He died when he was about 2.5 his gut twisted. I would like to have another one like him. Im pretty sure that was his blood I will try and hunt up the papers I think I still have them.

Perserverence pays off. It took 4 1/2 yrs and a lot of telephone and windshield time but I finally got er dun. Where is Rob Farr now? Rusty x Zack top and bottom. This isn't just a "paper cross" either. Snake and a super nice, loud mouthed, wide open on track, hard tree dog. I hope that she took and has a bellyfull but this is 16 yr old semen so who knows. She may only have 3 or 4.

On "paper" pups will be line bred but you have to go on back on the bottom to see the "line". But trust me it is in there... a whole lot of Hennings Chief/Rambling Red Ace/Hunters Timber Chopper. This will be an "old school cross".

Don, quite a few people have told me all about Snake. I did my research. And I found it amazing that no one had anything bad to say about him. When I finally got the chance, breeding to him was a no brainer.
