Rules

With the new Cast Win rules, what is the policy for cast wins at the Finals? I know Zones cast wins count towards wins towards Grand, but does wins in the Finals count? It use to be only if you made it to the Final 4. But the rule book still shows the old rules with only needing 5 wins to make grand. Didn't know if maybe they changed the Finals to any cast win counts toward Grand.
