duplicate papers

A guy i got a dog off has lost the papers says she is reg under his name what do we need to get it straighten out. Thanks in advance

The current registered owner of the dog will need to fill out one of our Application for Duplicate Registration forms, which can be printed off our website. They will fill out the form and send it in to us and we'll issue them another set of papers which they will sign over to you.
