Garmin Update Help

Went to Garmin Express and updated my 320 handheld in no time. Tried the same with my T5 collar with no success. All I got was seaching with no collar detected. Any help appreciated. Jim

I use web up dater I can’t do anything with express

Just did this too.Way I read on their site express does the minis and updater does the regular ones.
