2018 Sire Nomination

Don’t forget! To nominate your Performance Sire for 2018 at the rate of $100 you must do so by 11:59 PM EST December 31, 2017.
For your convenience there are two easy ways to nominate your Performance Sire for 2018.

Mail – You can still mail in your nomination.
a. All nominations that are mailed, must be postmarked on or before December 31, 2017.

Phone – Call our office at (269)343-9020 and nominate your sire over the phone. We can be reached Monday through Friday from 9 AM until 4:30 PM.
a. UKC Offices will be closed from noon on Thursday December 21, 2017 through Monday December 25, 2017 in order to allow our employees to enjoy the holidays with family and friends.
b. Must have a credit card to do the nomination over the phone.
c. Please note our call volume does increase during the holiday season.

Was told by the office that after I sent in my nomination for 2018, someone would send me the DNA kit... Sent the nomination in a month ago or more... check was cashed and I am yet to receive the DNA kit... Can someone tell me what is taking so long?? Thanks
