Trade days

The Roanoke Missouri trade days is this Saturday. The morning of December 16.

Our vendor and dog food man was not at the last swap but hopefully he will make the trip down.

Great swap today.

I left the dog swap early today but a good time. Tony the supply man had lights, squallers, trapping equipment, collars, and leads. He also sells Sexton brothers dog food.

Four beautiful young beagles were for sale. Two ukc bluetick gyps and two akc dogs, one liver and white. A nice plot was there and I know an old redbone female changed hands. All in all a good time.

Several people were wanting to buy dogs.

The next trade day is January 20th.

Also that evening Macon is having fur hunt. Buy a dog at Roanoke then hunt it that night!

Club hunt

The Mussell Fork CHA is having our monthly club hunt tonight at 8. Dogs do not have to registered, you can hunt curs etc. one hour hunt. Great way to see if you would like competition hunts.

Also our next swap is on April 21st.

Had a good time at our club hunt last night. Lots of blueticks, a few walkers, and a treeing cur.

Jim Stacey ended up winning the hunt with a gyp owned by Earl Howell and Elmo Overton I believe.

July 21st is our trade day. Expecting at least a bloodline female, leopard female, and mountain cur/English pups, summer box. Who knows what will show up.

Here is Tony the vendor who usually comes. Call him if you need to confirm he is coming or to bring something in particular. He has hunting fishing trapping supplies as well as Sexton brother dog food. Thanks.
