When I am judging a cast I got a card in my hand to quote rules off of in black and white. I ain’t carrying the library with me and we don’t have the phone a friend option.

Tarbaby, I get phone calls all of the time from hunters on a cast asking me how to score something or what to do in a certain situation. Nowhere in the rules does it say that you can't "phone a friend".
