Mini Collar????

Is anyone using or has used a garmin or dogtra mini collar on your coonhounds? I have a dogtra system right now and was going to get another TT collar and was thinking of going with a mini to use with pups or my beagle. Any info would be helpful good or bad. Thank you

I run a mini on my 8 month old pup haven't had a problem and run it on my beagle

I run a mini on the beagles and coonhounds and don't see any problems with them

How is the range?? Compared to the regular collar

I run Mini's on everything I own and they are fantastic. Dogs can't out hunt them. Battery life is great. Durable.

mini collars

I have had full size and mini collars, both Dogtra and Garman. If I could own just one collar, it would be a mini. Battery life and total range is plenty for most scenarios. My current dog went from pup to finished with a mini collar and I never lost signal.
