If not they should be because a bunch of the RQE people came to get a !st on there dog now it don't matter and there not paying $35 at an RQE when they can go to a regular hunt and get there cast wins

Performance Points are not awarded at events where all categories are drawn out together.

All categories draw out together at Youth Events and any portion of the World Championship, which includes RQE's.
