I mailed in on Jan 2nd an application to litter register my puppy and at the same time permanently register the pup in my name. A check for $94 was included for the litter registration...permanent registration and expedited services. I've not gotten an e-mail confirmation or anything.

I also sent in Jan 28th a registration transfer request for NtteCh PR John The Fastest ukc number W563.350 also with expedited service requested. He is qualified for Tournement of Champions hunt in April and I want to register him for the hunt but am not going to do so if he isn't in my name.

For the litter, it looks like we're holding it due to a problem with the fee. Were you aware of this and if so, has the problem been corrected?

For John, the dog was registered into your name on the 17th of this month and the papers were mailed out on the 18th so they are on their way.

No I was not aware of any problem with the money. In fact...You just cashed my check for $94 dollars just a few weeks ago. That was for litter registration...Permanent registration of the one pup and expidited services...which I don't feel you earned since they ere sent to you on January 4th. That's a pretty handsome sum to register one puppy.

I did recieve Johns papers...thank you. I have registered dogs with UKC since 1976 and have always been in good standing. There have been several times that I paid the rates according to what the transfer papers said and you have always processed the paperwork and sent on to me with a request for further payment which I have always sent in. Please let me know what it is you need now.

You sent in an old application so the Expedited fee on the application is incorrect. It's currently $40.00 for Expedited delivery, not $35.00. So we need the payment of the $5.00 and then we can process your application.

Just forget the expediated process...You've had them long enough to process them without that charge which is voluntary on my part. You have MORE than enough money to complete the transfer...so please do. What happened to the policy of just processing and asking for the money later? UKC has done that twice in the past and I've always sent it on to you. Obviously the papers are done and you're now waiting on $5 so that I can get them quicker? That's hilarious! Just send them I no longer wish for your expediated services...You can owe me instead of my owing you.

The papers have not been processed as of yet. I will take the papers out to Processing for you and we will cancel the Expedited Service and refund that fee.
