Looking for another breed of dog

Anyone know of any collie puppies that won't break the bank? Mother in law lost her beagle (old age) and her other dog is not doing well. She was wanting a collie, she hears enough beagles at our house across the road and had a collie in the past. I would travel to 6 hours or so from 22664 zip code. Thanks for any help.
