Mr. Joe that puppy sounded good. I hope I am lucky enough to get one to sound like that.

I went to Lexington Georgia and hunted Preacher for Jim Mcconell last night and him and Mr Floyd are two awesome fellows. It was a blessing for me just to sit and talk with them after we hunted last night.

Preacher bred Jims female after we hunted last night and I will post more information about the pups as time goes along.

I took my 5 month old preacher pup to the woods last night for the second time. I cut her loose with another 8 month old pup that I have. I really wasn’t expecting much with it only being her second time in the woods. But I was wrong. I cut them loose at 8:10 and didn’t load them back up until 10:00. She hunted out over 800 yards. Hardly hung around the other pup at all. She’s naturally independent and LOUD! She has a male voice. She threw three or four great big ole bawl locates but wasn’t quite ready to stick the tree yet. 90 percent of the 2 hours they hunted she was 4-500 yards in a different direction from the other pup. From the looks of it, preacher is throwing some early startin pups with natural independence and great big ole mouths. We are headed to the woods again tonight with three preacher pups in the box.

Takes his tracks as he comes to them can trial up a cold track. Or run as fast on a running coon as any hound I've ever seen . Deadly accurate coon dog. That's putting heart drive and desire in his pups. And them Watson boys are are honest men that I'm proud to call my friends. Give joe a call he will taking you hunting . Just bred a GRNTCH female that is a direct daughter to Cowee Creek Slim to Preacher. I have hunted with her, and she is a real nice hound. The pups will be double Cowee Creek Charlie (which was off of Yadkin River Chico), Cowee Creek Clint, Hayes, Frenchbroad Disco Inferno, Frenchbroad Katie, Yadkin River Deacon just to name a few.

Thanks to everyone that has bred a female to Preacher. Pups due June 7th out of Yadkin river bred female on mama's side and dad is Nocturnal Savage.
Also, Granddaughter to Nailor bred to Preacher with pups due in July and female bred yesterday will post more about her pedigree in the future. A cowee creek slim female has a couple pups left. She is a GRNTCH. A very nice hound hunts hard!!!
