Recognizing Titles?

Who could I get into contact with regarding UKC recognizing titles from a dog sport organization that isn’t currently licensed by UKC?

What breed of dog is it and what type of titles are they?

An Australian cattle dog, and the titles are for disc/frisbee. But I’d like to see about UKC recognizing titles from this organization for other breeds in the same way they recognize Barn Hunt titles
