Signed puppy papers

I sold a dog too a guy and gave him the puppy papers .. He signed them and never sent them in .. I got the dog back but now I have puppy papers with the back signed by another guy .. How do I register this dog .. Can I apply for duplicate puppy papers and pay the 15 dollars >>???

If you're going to register the dog into your name you can just include a signed statement telling us what happened and that you want to register the dog into your name. Tell us what you want the name of the dog to be, sign & date it and include it with the papers and the payment.
