Vet Meds For Pets

Has anymore have trouble getting through to PET MEDS FOR PETS to order meds for dogs. (Simparica trio)?

Does the Simperica trio listed on this site protect against deer ticks? It appears to be the same dosage as what I get from the vet now, just doesn't say on it. Made by the same company, just different box. Is there ever a problem with orders getting stuck in customs?
