UKC DNA Kits and Profiles

It's been around 30 days since I was told me order for UKC DNA Kits had been processed. Payment by UKC was collected. I have pups. I need to figure out who is the sire. Normally all would be sold and gone by now. How does one get products from UKC? Do I get a refund? Do I drive to Kalamazoo and file a small claims with the court ?
