Pathfinder 2 Troubles

This pathfinder 2 I’ve had for 6 or 8 months has quit shocking, vibrating, toning, or locate lighting out past a whopping 5 feet, still works if they’re side by side but had my buddy hit my phone buttons and gps connector but nothing works after a few feet away. Has anybody else had this trouble I think this has been like this a while just thought to try it tho, tracking works great thanks
