You got to watch granny when you feed her she licks your glasses and smears them on purpose lol.

Looks and sound great! Was amazed to see pics this time of year with no snow.LOL!!!Ours is almost knee deep yet in woods.
Finally got warm enough to melt a little snow thought I would get Samson out for a hunt. I know it's a little early for the rut but hoped maybe just maybe a tuff ole boar might wanna get his feet cold or come down to look for food.

We walked over an hour never cut a track, the snow is still pretty deep in the woods, drifts over the knees yet. Samson did locate one, I could tell he was winding by the way he was sounding. He went about 100 yrds directly into the wind, stood up on his legs locating and had a coon up top of an old maple den. Looked all around the tree and no tracks in the snow at all. Was a nice boar coon, no rubs and primed up nice.

No not real big I would guess 15 to 16 lbs, he was a nice dark one but not black, the snow makes em look darker. They have been denned up awhile and real cold temps I noticed he wasn't as fat as the ones we got in the fall. Gonna try with the pup tonight if I can cross the streams hit 50 today we are flooded!!
