Animals are now being genetically modified for certain traits. I wonder how long it will be until we can get genetically modified coonhounds? We will be able to just pick out what traits we want in a pup and get them.

Well i don't care much about the dogs anymore, but if we can get the traits in a politican or wife....i am in.

Actually they are talking about genetically modifying babies to make them smarter. The discussion is not whether they can or not but whether it is ethical. That was what got my attention and made me think about coonhounds.
