another ? about papers& 1 MORE QUESTION

If a person was to buy a dog that was 16 + or - months old and the owner of the dog just had puppy papers on it and they had filled them out while it was still young and never sent them in what would the person buying the dog have to do or what is going to be envolved? Thanks

The new owner would have to fill out an Affidavit form. They would send the Affidavit form to us, along with the Application for Permanent Registration. The Affidavit form can be downloaded from our website. The fee to register the dog would be $51.00. ($36.00 for the registration plus $15.00 for the Affidavit).

AFFIDAVIT

So the way I read the affidavit I will fill it all out and just have to fill in the name of the person I bought him from and the date. He doesn't have to sign it or anything is this correct? Thanks

You are correct. You complete the Affidavit yourself.
