Rush Fee ?? For UKC staff.

I sent in a rush fee on a reg. Just a few days ago and then I just read where that particular service was on hold.
Do I get my money back? And when do anticipate it being back up as a service,?

You would probably be better off to get in your vehicle and drive there. You will probably get quicker service regardless if it takes you a week to drive there. Just my opinion.
