I'm wanting to know what I need to send in the permanent registration I have a bill of sale an application for permanent registration and a DNA packet do I just send in the filled out application and bill of sale ?and also where do I find or
get a account number to put on them ? Thank you

Just fill out the Application for Permanent Registration and send it in to us with the fee. You can send a check or money order, or there's a place on the application to give us credit or debit card information. We do not issue account numbers.
