Registration Inquiry

Hello every one. This is about my dogs registration. Several months ago, I bought 2 Pitbulls with permanent registration under the old owners. I was able to breed them and I was blessed with 5 lovely puppies.
My question is, can I apply for change of ownership for my 2 dogs and at the same time apply for the puppies' litter ticket? If so, will the litter ticket be under my name already?

Yes you can do everything together. As long as the purchase date on the parent's papers is prior to the date of breeding, then you would be listed as the registered owners of the parents at the time of the breeding.
