T5 shut off

I was out tonight and I lost signal on one of the dogs. Noticed my t5 was shut off and would not come back on (it was charged when I left the house). Plugged it in when i got home and it will not kick on. Reckon I have a lose connection or something? Any other suggestions? Thanks guys!
