Phone at ukc blow off steam

I call done try 3 time to get a hold of ya. Tuesday i stay on hold for a hours Wednesday on jold for two and today for three. Finally got a hold of someone for got my wallet in the car to her to give me a min and she hung up on me. Feel like send ukc a bill for my time.

Our reps do not hang up on customers. We have been having phone issues for several weeks now where our phones will randomly drop phone calls. We have been working to get this fixed. We also try to call customers back if a call gets dropped.

Well that a good answer, done try to call today 4 hrs hold gave up. All that time to pay 4 dollars

Our phones have been extremely busy since we reopened back in May.
