My tt15 quit working and is no longer under warranty.
Who can I send it to, to be fixed ?

Sent one back, got a refurbished one back. Guaranteed for a year. About $100 exchanged. The one I got back is still working after about 3 years.

I had one replace for $100. 3 month later,had a dog fight &
bit a hold in it. It quit working. I send it back to Garmin.They
replaces it for free.Garmin is the best way to go.
