I think I would mount that jasper on a tree limb hung on the wall .Congrats .

I already have two mounted and hanging on the wall. It is different for sure. Only the second one I've ever seen without a mask.

Dang, are you sure that isn't half possum!lol We got one once that had fur like a coyote.

I was going to get it mounted, but our freezer went bad without any notice until the strange smell from the basement.

I thought it was a possum at first. All I could see was it's face and I knew something was wrong, then I finally saw its tail and told the guy to knock it out.

Glad to see you are getting them pot lickers tuned up Hobo. If you tree one here that looks like that with a slick tail...... We shall just call it a ghost coon with mange. LOL

Better yet, it'll be your story, you can call it what you want! NOW should be opening week here. 40 degrees with a lil wind and pitch dark here. Plenty of moisture.....can't believe you wouldn't tree a truck load!!!

I won't say Pride hasn't treed one with mange on its tail.. But I don't remember that last one that any of them have treed one.

If we tree one out there we'll just skin it out and toss it in the pile. LOL

Hope it stays that way for a few more weeks. I know a few hounds that need hunted.

I dump alot of coon in one spot when im just getting a pup going so its real easy and I had to many one year and the started inbreeding I seen alot of funny looking coon come out of there that year
