ARD's is only 8 weeks away. It now looks like they are going to be able to have it. Should we start making plans and getting our dogs ready?

I see where the Gov of Ok banned all gatherings of more than 10 people and closed non essential businesses until April 30th. He will have to modify that order first. It might be better if y'all wait until toward the end of May to make a decision.

Oklahoma doesn't have a stay at home order. They only have a social distancing recomendation that the Governor said they aren't going to enforce.
Trump also said that "some" states could start opening back up before the 1st of April. It sure is looking good for American Redbone Days in the middle of June. Time to get back in the woods and start getting Bella ready.

***** Oklahoma doesn't have a "Stay at home" order as a state BUT MOST ( including Miami ) cities & towns do as well as a Curfew for even essential business and no more then 10 ppl gathering. So we will have to see when things get closer.

I HOPE we get to have it more then anyone, but im not getting my hopes up ....

It looks like Oklahoma will start opening back up this Fri and then in two more weeks will open up even more. I guess that Redbone Days is on for the middle of June.

Things are looking good in Oklahoma. I guess that I had better put my little truck on the back burner and start getting Bella ready to go to Oklahoma. We only have 5 weeks left now to get them ready.

If you've nothing to do your welcome to come on down. Event is about 5 miles off I44 just in Oklahoma over the Missouri line. No set up fee but request that any vendors donate something to the hunt preferably for youth can be something large or small. RV and water hookups available on beautiful grounds.

Just got word from the chief of the tribe whose grounds we have event at and all is good to go!
Oklahoma is a different world tribal lands are ruled by the tribe state, city, county and even game wardens have no jurisdiction. According to Oklahoma's opening by the governor state regulations they are currently in stage 2 of opening business and events (we are having hunts now). June 1st they go into stage 3. For those who would like to read it I can send you the governor's plan via email.
There are plenty of campsites with electric and water hookups with plenty of shade on grounds. See y'all there. Anyone with any questions feel free to contact me at number below.

According to Mapquest, it is only a 12 hr drive for me. But pulling my camper, it will probably take me 2 or 3 days. I would like to reserve a spot under one of those shade trees please.

Oh my goodness, it looks like ARD's is the only major UKC hunt this Spring and Summer. If you want to go to a big hunt, you will have to go to Miami, Ok in 5 weeks. There should be a big crowd there.

Florida and California beaches are open; New Jersey beaches will open in 2 weeks and those states are a lot worse than Oklahoma.

We held our RQE last weekend and I think everyone had a good time and glad to have a hunt to go to. We hunted 38 dogs.
