Have had my Phoenix since September, haven’t used it a whole lot. It has made a few coon Look and sounds pretty good. Unfortunately last night it sounded like a duck or one of those cheap Nightlite Squallers. I guess the reed has come out. Thought it would have lasted longer than 3 months

call BSGC at 660-365-0209...…….he'll stand behind it...…...first time I've heard that. sorry that happened.

He said send it in and they’d Fix it Free of charge.

He'll take care of ya...………..
