Workforce

A lot of companies are having real problems getting and keeping a dependable work force. You just can't get people that are willing to work, that show up everyday on time and work overtime if needed. Companies are having to pick from the bottom of the barrel and put up with issues that they never would have tolerated in years past. I see the problem getting worse over time no matter the pay rate or benefits provided. You are going to see more companies outsourcing their labor to overseas markets in order to survive the lack of a viable labor force. My part of the country used to have one of the best labor sources around, but that has changed for the worse. Top notch companies with good pay and benefits that can not keep decent labor says a lot about today's "workers". Dave
