Question about pup papers
I’m buying a 4 year old female that’s still on pup papers. The back of the papers are already filled out by a previous owner but it’s not the owner who I’m buying the dog from. I guess they just were never sent in by guy who bought the dog as a pup from the breeder. Is there anything I can do to get the dog permanently registered in my name? Thanks
Yes. You need to fill out an additional form we have called an Affidavit. You can download it from our website, fill it out and send it in with the pup papers. There is an Affidavit fee of $20.00 in addition to the minimum registration fee of $49.00 since the dog is over a year of age and still on pup papers.
Thank you.
You're welcome. Have a great day!
